The development of assembly structure can improve the construction efficiency,reduce environmental pollution and realize the sustainable development of the construction industry,which is one of the main structural forms to promote housing industrialization.This paper studies a new type of lightweight sandwich wall panel with steel frame composite structure.The wallboard is made up of three parts,the inner and outer concrete surface layer,which is made of solid garbage,construction waste and local resources,and the middle insulation layer.The prefabricated lightweight sandwich steel frame structure has the characteristics of green environmental protection,accelerate the construction speed and so on,which conforms to the development of housing industrialization.In this paper,the steel frame structure with embedded lightweight sandwich panel on seismic performance and ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis was studied,which is focused on the analysis of seismic performance of steel frame with embedded lightweight sandwich panel under different connection modes.The main research content is as follows:(1)Design of the connection between lightweight sandwich panel and steel frameThe wall plate and the steel frame are connected by three ways,namely the sleeve bolt connection,the hook bolt connection and the welding steel plate connection.Shearing tests were carried out on three types of connectors by pushed out method.The shear bearing capacity of the connector and the influence on the surrounding concrete are measured,which provides the basis for the seismic test design of the composite structure of steel frame with embedded lightweight sandwich panels.(2)Design of Steel Frame Composite Structure with Embedded Lightweight Sandwich PanelThe design of the wallboard size is 1500mm*1500mm,plate thickness 200 mm.The frame column is made of square steel tube,the frame beam is made of H-beam,and Beam-column joints are connected by high-strength bolts.In view of the above three kinds of connecting parts,combined with the different connection modes,the number of different connectors and the different boundary constraint conditions,the paper designs 7 steel frame composite structures with embedded lightweight sandwich panel.(3)Experimental Study on Seismic PerformanceIn order to analysis the influence of different connection forms on the seismic performance of steel frame,the experimental study on the seismic behavior of 7 steel frames with embedded lightweight sandwich panels and 1 pure steel frame structures was carried out.The results showed that the failure of specimens mainly occurred in the wall near the embedded parts.Compared with the steel frame,the existence of the wallboard increases the rigidity and energy dissipation capacity of the steel frame.The shear sliding between the wallboard and the frame slows down the structural damage,which is beneficial to the seismic behavior of the structure.(4)ABAQUS finite element analysisThe steel frame structure and a kind of Steel frame with embedded lightweight sandwich panel were verified by ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The comparison between the Mises stress cloud spectrum of the ABAQUS finite element analysis results and the failure model of the test found that the place where the stress of the specimen model is greater is the place where the steel frame is bent during the test,or the concrete is squeezed or cracked.The skeleton curves extracted from the simulation results are in good agreement with the skeleton curves of the test results.
