Application Study Of Improved Soil By Solidified Agent In The Embankment Road

In recent years ,the improved soil by solidified agent is a new technique in road laying ,and this technique has been applied in a few road projects in home and abroad, but it has not been applied in embankment road in domestic hydraulic industry.In the process of applying of improved soil by solidify agent , considerations in the kinds of solidified agent, addition, construction technology and so on will impact on quality of road, this article therefore combined the city dike road charcteristis,intended to lauch the dike road test construction.On the basis of in-depth research on the engineering nature of curing agent soil,for laying the foundation that this technique can be applied expandly in hydraulic industry. In order to meet the basic technical requirement of embankment road, the article selected first the three kinds of solidified agent for a large number of laboratory tests, and analyzed a variety of factors that impact the improved soils by solidified agent, moreover this study tested the strength ,water stability, resistance to dry-wet cycle, frost resistance according to the various initial conditions, such as the different types and mixing ratio of solidified agent ,pebble mixing ratio, maintenance age, maintenance condition, degree of compaction , number of times of wet-dry cycles, and so on, and this study researched in detail the correlation between the initial conditions and performance index ,so it provided the test reference in project.Because construction sequences in projects and conditions in fact are not consistant inevitably with indoor tests , this article formulated the construction sequences of improved soils by solidify agent projects, analyzed the reasons that impact the quality of road, and presented the improved program , moreover, the study certified the feasibility of addition ratio and construction by an another working test.
