In this project,we generally use the cement mixing pile is a pile foundation,but in practice,when the project encountered in the silt soil with high water content and organic matter,cement mixing piles often appear lower strength,difficult to pile,and treatment cost is very high,so it is need to choose a new curing agent to replace the traditional cement.This paper mainly expounds the research status and Prospect of soft soil curing agent on the curing mechanism of enhancement,a new curing agent on the soil,the traditional cement and curing agent is compared.During the experiment,we used laboratory experiments and cement mixing amount of curing agent were 10%,15%,20%,water cement ratio is 1.0,1.5,2.0,the unconfined compressive strength of the solidified soil were measured.The experimental results show that the strength of solidified soil increases with the increase of the dosage of curing agent,but the rate of increase has the strength of solidified soil but the rate decreased,increasing its intensity is far greater than.and cement water cement ratio with water cement ratio increases,reducing the strength of solidified soil.Field experiments in Shanghai Jiading District fight jet grouting pile,cement and soft soil curing agent of water cement ratio are selected from 0.7,1.0,and the amount of pointsNot for 10%,15%,20%,through the determination of core strength contrast,draw the following conclusions:(1)for the test of rotary jet grouting pile,the curing effect of soft soil strengthening agent is better than that of P.042.5 cement(2)experiments show that for sandy soil,soft soil reinforced strength of solidified soil curing agent was significantly higher than that of other soil.Field test results show that the soft soil reinforced the strength of solidified soil curing agent is 1.82?2.3 8 times that of cement soil,good construction performance,no slurry segregation,no plugging.(3)enhanced curing agent on soft soil foundation treatment for soft soil,especially for soft soil organic matter content and rich content is high,the reinforcement effect of[42].is better than ordinary cement curing agent for shallow foundation treatment,we can often use local materials,save a lot of cement aggregate costs,compared with some mixed cementitious materials,can usually make the material cost is reduced to 20%?30%,so it is worthy of popularization and application.Through laboratory tests and field experiments indicate that the enhancement of curing agent on the soft soil foundation with soft soil,especially for soft soil organic matter content and rich content is high,the reinforcement effect is better than ordinary cement.Curing agent for shallow foundation treatment,we can often use local materials,save a large amount of cement aggregate cost,compared with some coagulation materials,can usually make the material cost down 20%-30%,so it is worthy of popularization and application of.(1)soft soil reinforced with relatively high content of ettringite solidified soil curing agent,increase the soil water content of curing,improve the early strength of the stabilized soil;(2)with the increase of soft soil and the increase of the amount of curing agent,the rate of increase of the strength of solidified soil decreases,but the rate of the increase of strength is much higher than that of cement;(3)soft soil strengthening agent solidified silt soil,the indoor test strength is 1.83?2.78 times of cement soil,the core strength is 1.82?2.38 times of cement soil,and it has better curing effect on sand containing high clay.
