By analyzing the nature of the solidified agent and the mechanism of the solidified agent reacting on the soil, selected the EN-1, ISS, TG-1 three liquid soil solidified agent as a major object of study, carried out systematic study on the stabilizing soil which is cured by the solidified agent, lime and cement.Taking the dosage of the solidified agent, lime, and cement as the influencing factor, the 7d unconfined compressive strngth as the examining indicatrix, respectively carried out orthogonal test on the three solidified agent stabilizing soil, adopted range analysis method and variance analysis method to analyse the experimental results, then appraised the significance of the influencing factor. Utilizing the characteristic of the artificial neural network, which can approach arbitrary complex nonlinear function with any degree of accuracy, established a solidified agent stabilized soil strength prediction model base on the BP artificial neural network technology, employed the orthogonal test date to train the network model, used the trained network model to forecast the strength of the other match mixture in the comprehensive test. Select the majorized match according to the target strength and the predicted value of the stabilizing soil strength, and made a test to certificate the strength predicted value of the majorized match. On the base of the majorized match, compactness, health preserving condition, health preserving age, etc. strength influencing factors of the stablizing soil were test studied, influencd rule and causation were analysed, and some construction propositions were put forward, mechanical property, shrinkage property, water and temperature stability, etc. road properties of the stablizing soil were test studied, corresponding appraisement were given.On the base of the road properties analysis and economical efficiency analysis, through aggregate analysis, considered that take TG-1 and ISS solidified agent stabilizing soil, as the base material is feasible. The application of the solidified agent stabilizing soil could improve the quality of base, reduce the construction cost, and alleviate the destruction to the entironment in the process of production and application of the lime.
