The development of the neotype residential structure system going with the alteration and innovation in traditional building technique is one of pre-task in engineering at present with the policy about walling material and energy saving being popularized and the modernization of house being presented. In order to adapt to the orientation of the development, fulfil"Energy Saving and Smaller Area Occupation"Residences and Public buildings. TianJin University and TianJin HuaSheng international enterprise limited Company develop and research CS board structural system.At present TianJin University has had a series of research on CS board, But, there has been no study in the whole performance of CS slab structure system and the joints of the neotype section steel coumn builded with CS slab structure in the word. Present pouring concrete constructional coumns and circle beams are adopted, the Cold Bridge cann't be avoided. In the future, light-weight steel structure and packaged type will be applied to CS slab structure system, house construction is transiting from traditional handwork in the locale to the way of assembly house construction mode, including the factory's preparation, mechanization of production and installation in the spot.The neotype section steel coumns were adopted in the test. And also adapt to the orientation of the development of the light-weight steel structure and packaged type. According to the test of three level CS slab structure model under horizontal-low-cyclic loading, the mechanical behaviors of the T joints have been investigated. By using general purpose finite-element modeling software-ANSYS, the T joints are made nonlinear finite-element analysis and develop proper mechanic analysis model. By comparison of analysis results and experimental results , conclusion is obtained that the calculated results are much coincided with the tested results.
