Masonry structure has improved the housing standard and beenwidely appliedin China. By the year 2000, there have been 27.7 billion square meters housescompleted. The traditional masonry structure mainly uses the clay bricks which causeserious field destroy, the environment pollution and the energy consumption taking30% of the total energy consumption in china, so it is urgent to research and promptthe green building materials. Cooperated with TianJing University, HUASHENGInternational Enterprise Limited Co. has researched and developed CS slab structurebuilding system which use heat insulation , noise proven , light and high strengthmaterials (hereinafter called CS slab)and has widely application prospects. CS slab'sformation is very sophisticated, and many mechanical behavior trials have beenmade ,but FEM numerical analysis is still in blank and cannot meet the need of thetheory research of the CS slab and structure system. As the nonlinear behavior ofconcrete, nonlinear finite element analysis can reflect the practical mechanicalbehavior of CS slab. The analysis of the nonlinear behavior must consider materialconstitutive relationship and apply proper nonlinear numerical method to simulatevarious nonlinear mechanical behavior of CS slab structure and supply powerfulanalysis approach of study and design. The article use some of the study achievementof nowadays nonlinear analysis and combine the structure feature of CS slab to haveset up the modal of nonlinear limit element of one-way and two-way CS slabs andwall-slab , and work out limit element compute program. To realize the nonlinearlimit element analysis of CS slab structure , the article has listed in detail theprinciples and approaches of CS slab numerical analysis and work out the mathematicexpression of the geometrical and physical modal and select feasible equationalgorithm according to the feature of different nonlinear numerical equation solution ,and finally work out program framework. With computer program, firstly, themechanical behavior of CS slab is analyzed under different geometric feature ,secondly, the affection of the steel truss connectors on the shear characteristic isanalyzed , thirdly the affection of dense steel wire on concrete constitutiverelationship is analyzed. The article has discussed important and difficult numericalproblem of relative strain softening as well as the stability of computer.
