China's current "technical standards for prefabricated concrete buildings" GB/T51231-2016 stipulates that multi-storey fully assembled shear wall structure shall be analyzed according to the elastic method,but in fact,the nodes of the fully assembled structure are semi-rigid nodes.In this paper,the rotational stiffness of horizontal joint of metal bellows slurry anchor joint joint is studied,and the calculation diagram of rotational spring is obtained for practical engineering design reference.In this paper,finite element software is used to analyze the mechanical behavior of horizontal joints in a two-story frame model with uniformly distributed load on the floor.The wall top load of the model remains unchanged,while the vertical load acting on the floor changes.lt is assumed that the concrete wallboard and floor material are elastic materials.As the load applied on the floor increases,the cross-section strain of the contact surface between wallboard and cement mortar will continue to increase.When the tensile stress of a unit on the cross-section reaches the ultimate tensile strain of the bonding surface,the unit will fail and no longer bear the stress.When the compressive strain of a unit on this section exceeds the ultimate compressive strain,the horizontal joint is considered to be damaged.Therefore,the crack load,failure load and corresponding section bending moment of horizontal joints of the structure under different floor thickness and vertical load of wall top are obtained.In this paper,15 two-storey frame models with different wall top loads and linear stiffness ratios of floor and wall slabs are designed for analysis.The analysis results show that the cracking moment and ultimate bending moment of horizontal joint mortar increase with the increase of wall top loads and decrease with the increase of linear stiffness ratio of floor and wall slabs.I stopt with fitting software for wall plate end bending moment adopt optimized algorithm respectively on the top floor at the bottom of the seam and floor seam bending moment,by statistical analysis of the upper and lower frame node the joint calculation formula of the rotation of the two rotational spring stiffness,and puts forward multi-layer by the rotation of the spring stiffness formula of total prefabricated frame structure calculation diagram.Finally,an example of a five-story house is analyzed by using the method of this paper,and the comparison is made with the rigid contact frame method.The analysis shows that the frame with rotating spring is less than the internal force calculated according to the rigid contact frame.The calculation method presented in this paper can be used as a schematic diagram of internal force analysis and calculation of horizontal slurry anchor joint structure.
