| With the development of global trade and competition among the main terminals,container terminal plays an important role in the commodity transportation.The operation efficiency of berth system becomes a key factor in the competition.Apron is the most important component and the operation efficiency of apron directly influences the operation in inside and afterward of yard.Berth and quay crane resource is limited,terminal operators need to integrate the process of berth allocation and crane assignment,which is helpful to improve the terminal competitiveness.Many scholars pay attention to the discrete and continuous berth system,and apply optimizing method to the study the berth system.However,hybrid case is ignored.Considering the practical operation,this paper applies Monte Carlo method to simulate the operation process of hybrid berth system and defines three berth allocation and three crane assignment modes.Three evaluated indices are presented,including berth utilization rate,crane utilization rate and vessel operation rate.By using Matlab,some codes are created to simulate the process,and calculate the simulation results.Multi-way ANOVA is applied to test whether the berth allocation and crane assignment process have significant impacts to above evaluated indices.According to the sensitivity analysis method,some regularities towards variation of evaluated indices are founded.Based on the numerical simulation test,the evaluated indices changes significantly.Finally,according to the pros and cons of each combination to berth allocation and crane assignment,this paper presents competitive operation suggestions to relative group. |
