Study On Passenger Transport Network Planning Method Of Urban And Rural Transit Integration

With the continuous development of urban and rural integration, urban and rural public transport integration as a new organization and operation mode to solve the problems existing in the current proposed new ideas, increased to a wide range of popularizing and applying throughout the country. Based on introduction of the present research at home and abroad, this paper used the method of theoretical analysis and empirical research combined, proposed the passenger transport network planning method of urban and rural public transport integration, and discussed the service system planning and operation management guarantee mechanism and countermeasures.Firstly, this paper combined the concept and connotation of urban and rural integration passenger transportation integration, explained the definition, connotation and characteristic of urban and rural public transportation integration, summarized the time-space distribution characteristics of passenger flow in urban and rural areas, Based on that established the method model of assenger demand forecasting which was based on urban and rural transit site. Secondly, combined the facter of space system structure, population distribution and road conditions of urban and rural and so on, according to the results of forecasting, proposed the layout method of classification and layered, all levels of network using different layout method to plan the network, used grading optimization method to optimize three-level bus network of urban and rural, established the network layout evaluation index system, and used fuzzy multi-level comprehensive evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation. Again, from the two aspects of hub station and vehicles to study the service system of urban and rural public transportation integration, and from the three aspects of operation management guarantee mechanism, market operation safeguard measures and infrastructure construction guarantee strategies to discuss the operation safeguard mechanism and countermeasures of urban and rural public transportation integration. Finally, took Chongqing Jiulongpo district as the example, on the basis of analyzing the development level of urban and rural passenger transportation at present, applicability researched the development environment, the forecast, infrastructure planning and optimization refered to urban and rural public transport integration planning.
