Efficacy making clear that the change law of the fuse safety unit state has important significance to theair-drop mine design, which directly affects the battle efficacy of the air-drop mine.In order to ensure thatair-drop mine fuse safety unit can act effectively while air-drop sea mine enters water, we need know theimpingement acceleration signal peak value and pulse width of the air-drop mine in the process of entiretrajectory impingement such as opening an umbrella overhead , impinging entering water and impingingthe water bottom. In order to obtain the bodies axis impingement acceleration change law and the changelaw of the fuse safety unit state affected by the projectile bodies axis impingement acceleration during theair-drop mine entire trajectory impingement, compared with the other various test and measurementtechnology, a new method combined several testing technology was put forward based on the traditionalstored testing technology, and the entire trajectory impingement acceleration testing data was capturedcompletely.The following four aspects of the research were proposed:First, the impingement acceleration characteristic was analyzed under the whole ballistic trajectory,and the requirements under different testing environments were studied. The design theory of sampletactics, states and the power management were probed into and an entire design project on the impingementacceleration measuring system was put forword in this paper. Based on the design project, we putacceleration sensor into the air-drop mine and put hall sensor into the fuse safety unit to obtain the bodyaxis impingement acceleration signal and the fuse safety unit action signal at the same time.Second, based on the entire design project, the machine design, the circuit layout and special usesoftware were studied detailedly in the paper. In order to study the impact of vibration of the measuringsystem, the fuse hall and the mine on the impingement acceleration signal, we adopted finite elementmethod software ANSYS to have carried out modal analysis of Mechanics on the measuring system and theair-drop mine.Third, the reliability of the whole testing system was studied, from the anti-high shock ability of thechips to the high and low temperature impingement characteristic property of the circuit module, and even the adverse circumstances adaptability of the whole system.Finally, the projectile body axis impingement acceleration signal and the fuse safety unit action signalwere got from the test.We have processed the captured impingement acceleration signal data.
