For the flight attitude of the projectile entering the water,especially the attitude and acceleration at the moment of entering the water are important indicators to measure the stability of the projectile’s underwater movement,and the acceleration of the entry into the water seriously affects the safety and stability of the projectile.In the cross-medium missile loading test,a test device based on the ARM system main chip is used as the main control module.It can measure the projectile attitude and acceleration and other dynamic parameters,while preventing the high impact load from damaging the projectile test system.After the data test is completed,the communication data line will be ejected through the test device at the bottom of the water to complete the data return..Based on the requirement analysis of the cross-medium missile-borne test task,a test system composed of a microcontroller,power supply module,memory,gyroscope,transmitter,RS485 data transmission module,MEMS three-axis accelerometer and other modules is proposed.Combining the task requirements and the overall structure of the test system,perform parameter calculation,device selection,circuit design and PCB drawing for each module in the test system.The design of the software part of the test system is based on ucosⅡ with an object-oriented idea.6 tasks are created for data collection and processing.Each task is sent to complete the corresponding function,and the data flow between tasks is determined.For each task To realize its function,do detailed process and program design,and then complete the function of the system through mutual communication.Through the analysis and learning of the attitude calculation algorithm,the acceleration and angular velocity are combined by the attitude calculation algorithm,and the Euler angle is written into the memory to obtain a more accurate attitude angle.Aiming at the problem of high overload and difficulty in recovering water entry data in the cross-medium attitude test,based on the similar overload test experience of the research group and the literature review,the possible failure modes and material stress are analyzed.The structural design of the reinforced protective shell of the missile-borne test device is carried out in a targeted manner.At the same time,a mechanical recovery device was designed for the problem that the projectile fell into the bottom of the water after crossing the medium and was difficult to find,causing data loss.The mechanical protection shell is assembled with the recovery device.In the design,the assembly test device is simulated by three-dimensional software to dynamically check the relative position of the parts and check the rationality of the assembly.By debugging the hardware circuit,inputting different signals,and observing the deviation between the output voltage and the theoretical voltage,the accuracy of the hardware circuit can be verified.Through the experiment,and then read back the data in the memory,so as to obtain the posture value of the projectile when it crosses the medium.The results show that the completed cross-medium projectile test device can handle the posture of the projectile and the instantaneous posture and acceleration of the projectile,which lays a certain foundation for further research.
