The car frame is elevator's major load bearing components , it must support the entire elevator various parts' weight in the work, moreover must withstand each kind of work load in the elevator moveing process. The car frame was guaranteeing of elevator's service life and the reliability, simultaneously the elevator movement's stability, rides comfortableness has an inalienable relations with the elevator car frame.The car frame of large tonnage elevator (11 tons hydraulic elevator)newest developed by Suzhou Dongnan Elevator Co. Ltd is the object of study in this article. The article has made the comprehensive performance simulation analysis and the optimization design of the elevator car frame steel structure by the use of FEA software MSC.Patran/Nastran and Hyperworks. In the article has established car frame finite element mode base on the shell and the beam element, through carries to the car frame steel structure with carries and so on operating mode analyses, has discovered this design weak link. Then optimizes separately to the elevator car frame's main supporting structure, the tension bar arrangement and in the car frame steel structure's various parts section size has carried on the steady reliability designby the use of the topology optimizes, the shape optimization and the size optimization. Proved after the simulation experiment: The new car frame structure is lighter than the original car frame weight, the overall performance is better.In this paper, the main innovations include:1st, in view of the request of the users, this paper proposed one kind of method used in the robust reliability optimization design of the large tonnage elevator car frame on the base of the investigation and study on the domestic and foreign elevator car frame structure topic and synthesizes of their adventages and disadventages.2nd, this paper designed the layout of the hydraulic cylinder and car frame's structure with the robust reliability optimization design of FEM. The simulation experiment proved that the new structure desigend by the robust reliability optimization design on a large tonnage elevator car frame is lighter and better than the original car frame structure.3rd, the method of "robust reliability optimization design on a large tonnage elevator car frame" proposed by this article can be not only used in the design of the 11 ton hydraulic elevator car frame, but also can be used in the design of the important reference value regarding other type elevator car frame. |
