Frame is a basic component in hydraulic press and almost all parts are mounted inthe frame. The frames designed by the traditional design method have a lot of problemssuch as material redundancy and conservative use of materials, and so on. Theseproblems will resulted in heavy weight, high cost, low efficiency and weakening thecompetitiveness of their products. To solve the above drawbacks, this thesis will analysisthe frame and major components of one hydraulic press detailed. Combine with moderndesign and analysis methods to optimize and improve the structure. This thesis hasimportant significance to improve the performance of hydraulic machine.First, combined with the related theories of Engineering Mechanics to analysis theframe and main components’ situation on the force, and to calculate the strength andstiffness of the frame.Next, establishing a simplified model of the fuselage in solidworks with the methodof parametric modeling so that it is convenient to the Optimization design for the body.According to the mechanical characteristics of the fuselage, analyzing its staticcharacteristics and determining the stress distribution and deformation under the centralload and eccentric loading, and then get the stress concentration parts of the styling andits weak link. The calculation results show that the main body part is in a safe state, butthere is a big material redundancy, so it is necessary to optimize them.Once more, in modal analysis, extracingt the first six modals and analyzing eachmode’s impact to the hydraulic press, the frame’s natural frequency should avoid theworking frequency. It is lay the foundation for the research of vibration and noisereduction. Then there will be a Dynamic response analysis. In order to understand thedynamic performance of the hydraulic machine, it is necessary to study the response offuselage structure in the cutting edge of a sudden loss of load. The calculation resultsshow that vibration is small. And reducing the energy that the hydraulic oil stored orusing the cushion can reduce the vibration.Final, determining the optimal design scheme in workbench that based on the results of the analysis of static. The ultimate goal is to reduce body weight, but it mustguarantees that the stiffness and strength meet the requirements. And then verify theeffect of before and after optimization, or having a more deep optimization according tothe result of sensitivity analysis.
