| Belt type conveyor is an ideal and efficient connection and transportation equipment,in view of the continuous transportation,large volume and reliable operation,easy to realize automation features,so in the bulk material transport has a very wide range of applications,such as mining,building materials,chemical,food,port,electric power,coal and other sectors.With the rapid development of the national economy and the reform of the enterprises in various sectors,the transport of bulk materials has put forward higher requirements.The cantilever belt loader as the research object,based on modern mechanical design theory,reasonable selection and calculation of the main parts of the reproduced machine,through the method of combining mechanical analysis with Mathcad computer software to calculate the theoretical calculation of the frame of the loader,complete the optimization design of the frame belt.According to the relationship between the structure and its related parts loader size,establish the three-dimensional model of the frame by using the UG software,the finite element analysis of the frame is carried out by using Workbench ANSYS software,the results obtained are compared with the theoretical calculation results,in order to determine the optimal position of the hanging point of the stay cable on the rack.Through the research on the complete optimization design of belt conveyor machine,improve the stress state of the frame,lower frame weight,and improve the performance safety and the service life of belt conveyor machine,reduce the failure rate and the maintenance cost,to maximize the interests of enterprises,therefore,it has theoretical research and practical application value. |
