In the process of our country history development, our ancestor has left massive cultural heritage to us, and the earthen architecture sites is an important part. Compared with stone material architecture and wood construction architecture, the earthen ruins have fatal weakness in the aspect of material. the earthen ruins 's construction materials are raw soil, tamps earth, sun-dried brick and so on, these materials are extremely apt to disintegrate and loose in the water , easy to suffer wind-erosion and the soluble salt corroded destruction. The cultural ruins is non-renewable, therefore, it is urgent to protect and consolidate the earthen ruins, otherwise the earthen ruins will suffer ruinous destruction, even destroyed completely.The earthen ruins is a kind of historical culture sites which is hard to save , additionly ,the research work of consolidated material for earthen architecture sites are developed slowly in our country . the earthen ruins' living environment has great difference, which increased the difficulty of protection and consolidation . In this paper, I land back to the site engineering and technical development process as the starting point. From the ruins of the in situ soil reinforcement and protection of the design and construction to proceed with a series of work. To silicone-acrylic emulsion, Silica Sol, several water glass reinforcement material on this site for remodeling soil compaction, Strengthening complete simulation of infiltration of the corresponding experimental samples, Rebuilding is not reinforced through strengthening and reshaping the sample specimen of salt corrosion, water stability, unconfined compressive strength, UV-resistant color change and natural light changes color under radiation experiments, Comparison of various sites reinforcement of the soil reinforcement and effectiveness of the mechanism of protection.From the experimental result analysis , clay samples treated with mix reagent of silicone-acrylic emulsion and silicon sol gained much great ability of bearing salt-erosion, stability against water decomposition, compressive strength, bearing X-Ray, while the appearance and permeability nearly unchanged. It explained that this kind of consolidation material is a kind of feasible earthen ruins consolidation material, it also proposed some reference for the protection and consolidation research of earthen ruins and actual project.
