| Reproductive Medical Center is an institution aiming at the infertility treatment by use of human assisted reproductive technology(ART),In general,ART consist of two large categories,one is In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer,IVF-ET as well as derivative technologies,and the other is Artificial Insemination,AI.This is a burgeoning field with its popular name "Test-Tube Baby".In the past 20years,it has being been developed rapidly.Reproductive Medical Center has been founded all over the country, overspreading every province,every region,and every city,even the country towns. However,there has caused many problems in process.It has been lack of corresponding theory and principles in design.As well as,the developing of Reproductive Medical regulation system is not healthy,that has not formed a unified managerial system, requiring further investigation.The thesis focused on Reproduction Medicine Center and is based on theories of reproduction medicine,architecture,sociology,and psychology.The current situation of space environment in Reproduction Medicine Center and the behavior of people are investigated and analyzed,in combination with medical treatment work of Assisted Reproductive Technology and patient demand.The problems existing in Reproduction Medicine Center in China at present are discussed.The fundamental principles and theories of Reproduction Medicine Center have been explained,from respects such as the scale,position,plane arrangement form,subareas of fuctions,the designs of streamline,and the design of cleaning laboratory and so on of Reproduction Medicine Center.In line with attitude of discovering problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,using the professional theory and design method,the research is carried on the architectural design of the Reproduction Medicine Center and engineering projects, applies analysis and theory to practice,in the hope of offering science and beneficial materials and advices for the design of the Reproduction Medicine Center.
