Study On The Models And Methods Of Evaluation On Transport Coordination Of Large-scale Comprehensive Passenger Hub

Large-scale comprehensive passenger hub is the pacle to achieve the conversion of substantial passenger flow from various transportantion, but also the tie of urban transport links both within and outside. With the construction and opreation of the large modern integrated passenger hubs in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other major cities of China, in particular, under the situation of being put into operation before the Olympics and Beijingnan railway station as the Asia's largest integrated transport hub, to apply scientific methods to the study on transport coordination planning and management about the large-scale comprehensive passenger hub is of very important practical significance.This paper studied on the models and methods of evaluation on transport coordination planning and management about the large-scale comprehensive passenger hub based on Beijingnan railway station by some actual work of the project named of the reseach on large modern integrated passenger terminals operation management, which was led by the tutor.On the basis of the status about the domestic and international study, this paper, firstly give a more systematic analysis of the study on the integrated functions, features, layout principles and models, and basic concepts and principles of the transport coordination, then, focused on the model and methods of transport coordination on the large-scale comprehensive passenger hub, the main models including: for the objective function of minimuming the total time of finishing the transfer between rail and urban rail transit, establish operation coordination model of railway and urban rail transit; for the goal to match the capacity during the peak period of passenger flow, establish the optimal coordination model of railway and city normal bus;for the target of rational capacity allocation to various transportation, establish transport coordinate model based on minimuming the operating costs; methodologies including: according to the principle of selecting evaluation index, constructing passenger hub transport coordination comprehensive evaluation index system, the transport coordination comprehensive evaluation method which based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed, finally, apply the transport coordination model and comprehensive evaluation method to the comprehensive evaluation on the new Beijingnan railway station, propose the transport organization programme of transport coordination capacity to the match among urban rail transit (Metro Line No. 4,14), urban public bus (28 lines) and social vehicular traffic , the Beijingnan railway station (Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railway, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,normal-speed railway);and propose results and recommendations of comprehensive evaluation which provide a basis for decisionmaking to achieve comprehensive development hub for passenger carriers.
