| In recent years, the hub areas are considered as the high ground of economic development with the rapid development of high-speed rail and intercity rail lines vigorously promoted, thus the railway passenger transport hubs are attached great importance during urban planning and construction. The railway passenger hubs not only organically mess rail, mass transit, taxi, bus transfer, also realize a variety of functions including the traffic, business, entertainment and so on. During the passenger peak, the hubs, in which the traffic and crowds gathered, form regional transportation, route traffic, distributed traffic, pedestrian traffic and other complex forms, the hub public transport safety and security become more important and difficult.In this paper, it is the purpose to how to set up security system in planning and design stage. First, the public transport safety features of large-scale railway passenger transport are analyzed for the emergency conditions, then concept of safety contact is put forward. Through recognizing safety contact key technology, we find some correlation between general cases and emergencies, then establish security contacts recognition model under emergency, based on Matter-element Analysis.Secondly, to identify public transport safety contacts for the theoretical basis, to the relevant specifications for the principle of building facilities, a series of comprehensive security design are proposed, including monitoring safety contacts in hub key places, designing emergency evacuation escape routes, hub connection and match of capability the inside and outside, then the safe operation of hub transport function is ensured.Finally, this paper is to East passenger station in Chengdu as an example, by identifying the safety contacts of station negative layer, then compare with the actual situation of station, the results show that the contact areas are key parts of the evacuation, and discover the hidden nodes. |
