The first step for carrying on a transformation processing in the existing bridge is the option of a reform scheme, the reasonable scheme will directly relate to the result of a transformation, therefore , the research on reform scheme decision in the existing bridge seem to be even important.Firstly, this paper reviewed and summaried the decision theories both domestic and aboard as well as their present condition and existent problem when applied in the reformation engineering of bridge; Then it introduces some basic theories of fuzzy mathematics and the elementary content of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation decision, on this basis, the paper analysed and built up the index system of influence to the project decision in the existing bridge according to the concrete circumstance of the reform scheme decision; Secondly, the paper elaborated the concrete application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the bridge reform scheme decision in detail and used a concrete engineering example to illustrate it; Finally, the paper introduces some basic thinking of developing system software about reform scheme optimum decision-making for the existing bridge.Reform scheme decision is the key to the reforming of the existing bridge, textual research will provides a kind of simple, suitable method for reform scheme decision in the existing bridge, thus, make the decision processing more systematical, standard and scientific.
