This paper mainly summarized the fuzzy mathematics and gray system theory application in geotechnical and structure engineering. The fuzzy mathematics application was summarized from the material parameter choice and the classification, slope and the underground engineering stability, disasters, the engineering reliability, the structure optimization design, the project management and the numerical methods. Each aspect was divided into several minor sorts, and had typical project examples and experience summarizes. The gray system theory application was summarized from project classification, underground engineering and slope engineering three aspects. Each aspect had typical project examples and experience summarizes.This paper conducted a quite comprehensive summary to guide staff to learn from previous experience, overcome deficiencies and better solve the engineering problems. On the summary foundation, I established the slope two levels of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Then I applied it in the project practices using MATLAB software calculation, which obtained a very good effect.
