Since the 1990s, lots of high-grade pavements, especially flexible pavements, have been constructed in our country, which results in lake of bitumen and aggregate. Mean while, many flexible pavements have become old and need repair. Old asphalt mixtures need large field for piling and are disposed hardly. If disposed incorrectly, they will pollute soil and water source. So, in order to save the sources and protect environment, it is important to develop recycling old flexible pavements in our country now.Based on the asphalt pavement maintenance, the thesis analyzes construction method, construction procedure of hot central plant recycling technology and the critical technologies of hot central plant recycling technology.It also analyzes the technique property, economical and social results of Hot Recycled Mixture of asphalt pavement.Fourthly, based on the freeway project, construction techniques of hot recycled mixture have been probed into. Finally, the paper analyzes the technique property, economical and social result of hot recycled mixture of asphalt pavement. It indicates that hot central plant recycling technology is a favorable method for freeway maintenance and reconstruction and especially should be applied in the region where is scarce of aggregate.This paper which applying the theory probability mathematical statistics ,the theory of random service system,the theory of highway engineering mechanization construction and the method of evaluation of economy is deeply into the study of the machines'states during asphalt pavement constructing, the rules of relation and limit and the evaluation of technology and economy ,under considering of the practice of highway engineering mechanization construction system of asphalt pavement.upon the able, it raises an appoint of optimum configuration of resource of mechanization construction system of asphalt pavement. |
