The terrain geological condition of Gansu province is complex,and it is drought and little rain.Besides,asphalt pavement in the highway traffic mileage accounted for a relatively large,and the maintaining of service duty is to be extremely arduous.The development of regeneration technology has practical significance to control the environmental pollution,and promote the development of circular economy.In this paper,the applicability of different regeneration technologies in Gansu province was analyzed,and then the evaluation method of asphalt in RAP was discussed.The influence of temperature on the design of recycled asphalt pavement was analyzed,and the maximum and minimum design temperature of Gansu were calculated and put forward.The design method of plant mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture,plant mixed cold recycled asphalt mixture,and full thickness recycled asphalt mixture were put forward.Besides,their control measures were also been discussed.The results show that,hot mix plant recycling regeneration technology was suitable for promotion in Gansu province.Residual fines in bitumen recovery fluid grently influenced the performance of reclaimed asphalt,and it can be eliminated by standing for 27 hours.The performance of recycled asphalt were also affected by trichloroethylene,and that can be eliminated by controlling experiment temperature and ventilation time.Ductility of recycled asphalt can be promoted by adding regeneration agent.The performance of mixture that recycled by adding new matrix asphalt can be evaluated by standard of matrix asphalt,and when evaluating the performance of mixture that recycled by adding regeneration agent,the ductility standard should be lowered.The adding of RAP promoted the high temperature performance,and reduced low temperature performance and water stability,which was contrary to the law of adding regeneration agent.The low temperature performance should meet meet the standard of matrix asphalt,but if the regeneration agent was used,the standard of modified asphalt should be met.The residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio should also meet the standard of modified asphalt.
