| It is a new topic on the recycling of asphalt mixture presently in China. Since the 1990's,lots of flexible pavements have been constructed in our country, which results in lake of bitumen and aggregate. Meanwhile,many flexible pavements have become old and need repair. Old asphalt mixtures need large field for piling and are disposed hardly. If disposed incorrectly,they will pollute soil and water source. So,in order to save the sources and protect environment,it is important to develop recycling old flexible pavements in our country now.At first ,based on the current situation of development and application of asphalt concrete surface recycling technology ,this paper summarizes the necessity of asphalt concrete surface recycling technology ,and analyses the recycling principle of asphant concrete .On this basis ,it mainly studies Hot In-Place Recycling of Asphalt Concrete (HIPR)and puts forward the method of asphalt recycling through the analysis of asphalt aging and recycling mechanism .At the same time,the performance and design method of high grade asphalt pavement have been studies by many tests. Different charactres of two kinds recycling agent(A,B) were tested based on the analysis of the aged asphalt and aged asphalt mixture,and the tests show that reclaimed asphalt have good road characters by adding recycling agent,and the performance of recycled mixture is dependent mostly on the proportion of old mixture and recycling agent .Based on the asphalt pavement maintenance,the thesis analyzes construction method,construction procedure of HIPR and the critical technologies of HIPR,and it shows that the A Recycling agent has better performance for improving recycled asphalt mixture.Lastly,based on the current situation of the hot in-place recycling,plus the infection of the hot in-place recycling'characteristic and the guideline of asphalt。on the grounds of the appliance and research,it also research the construct technics and quality controling. |
