International Comparative Study On Regional Organizations Of Habitat/Human Settlements

As Habitat has become a global problem, and Habitat Organization has developed into a global organization system, analysis of the overall functioning of complex systems and mechanisms is still at a shortage nowadays. In this context, this study reviewed the development course of Habitat Organization at first; then objectively sorted out and described Habitat Organization system in the context of current reality. Through the two perspectives of "role of the network" and "core group", this paper outlined an objective look of operating networks and the internal operation of regional Habitat organization. This paper also analysis the operation mechanism of regional Habitat organization with the core of a regional center through specific cases of mutual cooperation organization.
