| Based on the classification of the key actors influencing urban planning implementation and management in a society with multivariate interests, this paper focus on case study of project under the urban planning system in shanghai, to find out actors affecting the implementation of the project. The author explores interacting relationship between these actors and their evolution in the planning implementation process, analyzes their influential extend and affecting modes in the implementation and management process, to reveal the complicated operation mechanism within the urban planning process.In this paper, by case study on the implementation and management process of one special project, the author aims to provide a new point of view to more clearly understand urban planning and its management closer to reality. |
