The Research On Relations Between Human Being And Environment And The Changes Of Settlement Types

The settlement refers to the stable inhabitation environment in a certain period, which is an organic entirety. It's a complexed artificial environment which is made up of entity,time,politics,economy,culture,religion,society,customs and natural factors. The relation between human being and environment refers to the connection system formed by the interaction of the people in that specific geographic environment.This article is based on the sustainable human inhabitation and the theory of it. It firstly introduces us the establishment and history of Huizhou district, the basic organization of the village, the ecological environment, and the human- environment relation ,etc. Then it analyses the three factors that affect the relation between human being and environment: landworship, patriarchal clan and population. Taking Huizhou settlement for example, it summarizes the land system and the principles of the human settlement changes.At last, it reorganizes the village human environment relation in different times and draws a conclusion that the harmony between human and nature is the basic starting point on basis of new sustainable settlement landscape.
