| With the city's rapid socio-economic development and holdings of vehicle largely increasement, urban traffic congestion is becoming increasingly prominent. Intersection as a node of road network that traffic disorder, and the frequent traffic accidents. Therefore, through designing the plane intersections to improve the safety of the intersection, increasing the capacity of plane intersection is the importable step of resolve urban traffic congestion problems.In this paper ,the design of traffic intersection is the main research subjects, Particularly designing the time and space resources of intersection.On the one hand, based on the intersection design theory,parsed intersection space. Intersection space is divided into a plane space and three-dimensional space, investigated and analysed the factors which impact on traffic.On the other hand , according to the area characteristics of intersection ,and vary traffic problems of area ,the plane space is divided into outer area and interal area that is designed accordingly. From the practical status, people-oriented, the study largely use parking lane and reverse stop line, further define pedestrian access rights. Finally, the paper use 10 Intersection as the cases, design the passage time and space of intersections, improve the intersection of Neijiang City situation effectively, prove it's practical and effective.Based on the nature of the author's work, from the actual work of discovered problems and research. Summing up a systemic traffic intersection design methodology for the general managers of city traffic, especially traffic police departments to analyze and resolve the problem of tintersections. |
