The Research On City High-rise Construction's Front Square Design

Nowadays, with the fast development of the social economy, the steep of China's urban construction is speeding up every year, it is obvious that the city's high-rise construction mushroom, it enriches the city's upper formation space. However, at the same time of standing great numbers of high building, we face a severe realistic problem: path jamming is around the high-rise construction, people's psychological demand cannot be satisfied, the city's space utilization is low, and efficiency of construction itself cannot be manifested, and so on. Therefore, this article is proposed to do the research on the relationship of high-rise construction and the square in front of the building, it brings some help to solve the problem which brought by the high-rise construction in the process of urban development.On the base of analysis and research on the design of city high-rise construction and the square in front of the building., this article researches the inner link of them and the relationship with the around things, on the base of design principle on high-rise construction and the square, summarized by predecessors, it proposes the breakthrough of both experimentally, and it can be testified through the actual case analysis. The author mainly has conducted the research from following four aspects:1, This article reviewed the development history of fundamental research on the high-rise construction and the square, narrated both respective functional characteristic, and from this, it came the historical experience and lesson of the former development process, this article was held on the base of former people's work..2, Analyzed the different ideas of design on the high-rise construction and square, at the same time, from the common place, this article proposed some conformable design method and principles which were different from former ones.3, Put the design of high-rise construction and square into further level, at the base of fact, this article proposed some effective innovation on the aspects of spatial design, functional design, environment design, humanity design and so on.4, Based on the above research results, the author did some field work on one of Changsha's actual case by the subjective appraisal system, proposed some suggestions on design of square in front of the high-rise construction regarding this case.
