High-rise Office Building's Space Streamline Analysis And Research

High-rise office building space is a diversification and synthesize turned system, it involves combining of the function system and the art system, and blending of technique system and economic system, and also involves to each related factor of society at the same time, included an art to turn with science, ages, region and race of comprehensive body structure. This paper, which is with the high-rise office building space for the research object transact the flowing of building space line as by piercing through high-rise office buildings to study a topic and adopt a theory to combine an actual method, analyzed high-rise office buildings to transact to construct space to flow line from the theory firstly. On this basis, it detailed analysis of the current social and economic sustainability of the initiative and streamline human organization through the actual case of Changsha Petroleum Building and the Petroleum Building of Beijing two cases.The first chapter, which is an introduction section, as the beginning part of the paper, describes the background and proposed research purposes, defines the meaning of research topics, and establishes of a framework for this research.Second, third and fourth chapters, mainly interior to conduct a detailed analysis of linear flow from the theory of high-rise office building, from the function of office space and the mining of art to the positioning analysis of high-rise office building space, and then probe into the streamlined organizational system of high-rise office building space under a high-level, in order to analyze the upper and lower levels of vertical flow lines and the horizontal flow lines of high-rise office building space multi-dimensionally.The fifth chapter, which is mainly to practice aspect, analyzes the reasonable planning and trend of flow linear of the high-rise office building space through my participation in the most practical project case studies, and proposes the ingenious ideas of design, or inadequacy, hoped to inspire.The last chapter, which is part of the solution, explores stream space organizational system to satisfy the high-rise office space of the needs of nowadays economy on the basis of theory and fulfillment analysis, by summarizing the manner and according to their own point of view prospect under current economic and technological development.Innovation of this paper to break the traditional mode of a single office to create more suited to today's population of human space requirements.
