The speed match during different class trains is always a very important and complex problem. A series of new changes have occurred since the train speed was increased, and new questions were brought out to the development of railway in China. The train speed increasing necessarily cause the descent of capacity of transportation, at the same time the raise of capacity can't show at the incipience of train increasing. And how to allocate the capacity for the passenger train and the freight train becomes a prominent question in this time. All of those problem needs to be solved urgently, especially the research on the new problem brought out with train speed increasing. Centered on this problem, the following questions are involved in this paper.First, on the basis of reading a large number of the internal and external relevant literature and material, the paper systematically analyses the course of train speed increasing especially that on extant line both in inland and abroad, and the concepts and theories relevant to the research are expounded also.Second, on the basis of studying some ways of calculating carrying capacity of double-track district, the formula for how to calculate deduction coefficient through a new way is attempted in this paper. Then, a mathematical model has been developed for simulation for forming high and medium and low speed passenger train operation diagram by computer. Using Visual C++ under Windows as the developing platform to design and complete the Freight Train Working Diagram System. At last, by using of this system, on the basis of the data of the east Longhai railway line, through change different class trains' speed, number or tracking interval, we get a series of results which have been analyzed and revised after that.
