In the domestic, the road mountain tunnel projects have not been completely implemented in the security risk management system, but still in the preliminary stage in this filed. The text is comprehensively identifying the security risks in the road mountain tunnel construction process in the risk management theory, which Study current situation and their current situation developing, coming to analyze safe risk of road mountain tunnel construction identification by knowing the home and abroad road mountain tunnel project risk management system. There exists reliability problem and cost problem in risk identification. According to the characteristic of the tunnel engineering such as randomness,uncertainty,dynamic and so on, and through compared several kinds of risk identification methods. The text introduces the extension theory's diverging tree model and extension recognition method, which are used to identify the security risks in the road mountain tunnel construction.Basis on the risk defining, and associating the safe risk of road mountain tunnel construction characteristics, the definition has brought forward safe risk of road mountain tunnel construction. Risk identification also mainly is that the safe aspect being thinked under construction from road mountain tunnel, making use of the element divergent principles, gives the comprehensive identification to the security risk factor in the road mountain tunnel construction process, and establishes as well as the security risk factor storehouse, which applies the most primitive data for the following risk management. After identifying the risk factor comprehensively, we can make a judgment which is the main risk factor to certain tunneling engineering by using the extension recognition methods. At last, the text has also developed the application system about the road mountain tunnel construction security risk identification, and which is used to identify the security risks in the road mountain tunnel construction case .And then using the geology, hydrology and the other materials that the case provides and coming to verify identification result whether it is scientificalness,objectivity and accuracy.The completion of this thesis is based on Chongqing natural scientific research project, which is"Road Mountain Tunnel Construction Risk Evaluate and System Study of Security Management"...
