With the development of the western region and the rapid development of mountain highway, many high fill embankment appeared. In the High fill road, stability risks are affected by a number of uncertainties,however, basing on the traditional rock and soil mechanics , many risk factors are ignored, which usually leads to the failure of the analysis. The use of these theories and methods,Specific because of the high fill subgrade often can not fully be satisfied with its assumptions, the results of the analysis may cause larger errors, and even failure. Therefore, the analysis of high fill embankment of the questions many security risks factors and uncertainties, such as the characteristics of,risk-based analysis to study the high-general to consider the security and stability of embankment and many other risk factors. So the establishment and improvement of high fill embankment road safety risk assessment theory not only improves highway safety and stability of high fill theoretical evaluation of important reference value,but also for the promotion of mountain highway construction. The protection of road safety operations and improve the efficiency of highway construction projects are of practical significance.First of all, the dissertation researches roadbed slope engineering risk analysis theory and the risk analysis methods at home and abroad and carrying out a comparative analysis, which is an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and scope of application. Secondly, the impact of high fill embankment stability analysis of uncertainty factors, in accordance with high fill embankment instability failure mechanism, identifies the issues affecting the stability of high fill embankment of the main risk factors. That is, the risk of the occurrence and development of instability is a gradual process, and will be graded to a certain extent undermine the embankment. Basing on this, put forward a theory of the introduction of mutations in high fill embankment risk assessment. The most common use of the Cusp Catastrophe Model is to combine it with fuzzy math mutation mutations leading to a series method.
