At present,the data platform of real time data and history data of whole network is being constructed gradually and all-day real time monitoring of network has been carried out as the high speed development of dispatching automation technology. But how to send the real time data and warning message collected by supervisory system to the front-line maintenance workers and related operating workers automatically has been an important problem.The great development of mobile communication technology has given us a new method in solving the problem.The main content of this article is how to get the system data from the SCADA system and send the system data after logic disposal to the related workers'mobile telephones though the platform of mobile communication. Using this technology the maintenance workers can know the all-day operating situation and the workers related with dispatching and operation can get important operating data of networks at any time. So the operating level of dispatching automation can be improved greatly and the substation integrated supervisory system can be realized.The SCADA system data accessing, user database, logic disposal centre, short message system and related software and hardware technology have been designed in this article and one example of a 35kV substation integrated supervisory system have been given finally.
