With the pace of the sixth railway speed increase, the speed limit of many existing lines has reached 200 km/h, high-speed trains began running along a vast land of China. However, in allusion of China's current situations that the passenger and freight lines can not be completely separated, multi-speed trains run on the same line though the capacity is rather insufficient, how to design a reasonable and efficient scheme, meanwhile strengthen the capacity and rebuild the facilities, make it coordinate between lines and stations, is an urgent problem to solve.Based on this background, this paper studies the coordination situation between the railway lines and stations in China as well as the transportation organization mode of multi-speed trains running deeply. It analyses the factors that affect the coordination, gives the method to maximize the utilize of the capacity of train lines by the structure of the basic unit, as well as various aspects of the impact of capacity constraints and the establishment of a mathematical model and solution methods. As a use of this method, the typical speed increased lines --Zhegan Line and Xiangtangxi station is analyzed as an example which shows the transport organization programs and the coordination between railway stations and lines has been improved.
