This paper study risk evaluation and control of large tunnel engineer project using QIYUE-Mountain tunnel engineer as case.According the character of QIYUE-Mountain tunnel engineer itself,the paper distinguish risks of engineer throngh Brains-Storming and Delphi method.It found there are 12 risks in QIYUE-Mountain tunnel engineer,which includes 9 safe risks and 3 circumstance risks.By a intermedian estimate method between subjective estimate and objective estimate,it draw a conclusion that the total risk lost of QIYUE-Mountain tunnel engineer isï¿¥142,938,000 and the risk estimate isï¿¥119,608,000.It also suggest that well water and well mud are most important risks and maga cave and stuff, surrounding rock and inter buiding are the second important risks.The risk evaluation of engineer include;subjective judge method,risk location diagram analysis and order analysis.It controls risk by caculating the risk control coefficient.And it found using QIYUE-Mountain tunnel engineer plan,expect cost isï¿¥23,000,000,decrease loss isï¿¥96,777,000,effective coefficient is 80%; control plan coefficient is 67.7% based on total main risks' lose of QIYUE-Mountain tunnel engineer.As conclusion,it suggests(1)risk evaluation study of tunnel engineer is the initial stage of risk management and contral.It was expected tha risk managemeng activity can been absorbed into engineer managemeng territory and continuly enhance,improve and porpularize;(2)the cost,ï¿¥23,000,000,of control risk use as the special fund to control risk by owner handle,which not include in engineer budget;(3)it can use risk transfer strategies to transfer risks.The research achievement of larger engineer is lack in our rail tunnel engineer territory,so our studies contribut it.As the same time,it supplies the theory base of risk analysis to real engineer project investment.
