| With papid development of our country national economy construction,the lifeline earthquake engineering research has become an important topic of big city earthquake disaster reduction researches.At present, with the city scale expanding unceasingly, its infrastructures rebuild and upgrade constantly.it is necessary to give full play to high technology advantages in the field of engineering disaster reduction,because Lifeline system earthquake disaster forecast needs to manage and analyze a lot of spatial information.Using the reference of lifeline earthquake enginnering research results, based on SuperMap Object 5.0 GIS platform ,the author has developed an predicting earthquake disaster system of urban lifeline,which is used to simulate forcasting earthquake disaster of Pulandian lifeline system on seismic intensity 7 degree, 8 degree and 9 degree.Accordingly, the analysis of forcast results is accepted by the project manager ,who use these information to make decision .The area lifeline resisting disaster ability has been improved ,which ensure the city fast steady development in this way.The paper studies how to develop predicting earthquake disaster system of urban lifeline on GIS platform. The system is developed by Visual Basic6.0, based on SuperMap Object5.0 and SQL Server2000.The database is based on module of C/S, using ADO connection technology to connect spatial information with attribute information for earthquake forcast query and analysis.Earthquake disaster forcast module,the central part of system ,is established referring to lifeline earthquake engineering research theories.It includes forecast simulation computational procedure of water supply system and transportation system .The forecast simulation computational procedure is used to calculate monomer reliability and simulate Network connect reliability .Meanwhile, these simulation results are made as special map for deeper analysis with combination of other module such as Network analysis and buffer analysis.At the end of research , the three dimensional visualization view has been established on the planar map foundation.It vividly shows virtual performance of the region's dynamical development and important regions of disaster prevention and reduction by three dimensional visualization scene. |
