Research On The Cutting Force Testing System Of HEM

Along with the technical development of the aviation aerospace and the modern driving technology of our country, the application of HEM get more and more important. But the dangerous factor of HEM in the cutting process became the most important in the development of HEM. In our country,therefore,for the sake of the assurance in physical safety and improving machining efficiency,research on the cutting force measuring system of HEM have the count for much meaning.Aiming at the request of the measuring system, a cutting force measuring system about a kind of HEM is manufactured and the cutting force of HEM is measured until HEM material explode or begin to burn in the cutting process. The whole system design is introduced in detail. The kinetic measuring of the cutting force and the cutting temperature, the data acquisition and processing are elaborated; the important measuring process is kinescoped; the work principium of the servomotor and servodriver is elaborated; the main function and parameters of the servomotor and servodriver is introduced; the connecting among the servomotor and servodriver and the motion control card is described; power distribution electric wiring of the servomotor are designed and it's operating process is introduced; the structure and the function of the distribution is described and the working principium of the electrical apparatus is introduced; the design,comparison and choice of the cutting project are introduced; the function of each part in the measuring system is described; the servomotor and the bolt group which in the cutting device are calculated and checked. With cutting experiment and friction experiment on the rubber material and the flammable and explosive HEM, the experiment results show the influencing factor to the cutting force respectively.The experiment results show that the measuring system can attain the using standard. The measuring system can satisfy the actual working requirement and has attained the anticipant goals. What is more, it built the foundation for the further study on the development of HEM.
