In recent years, the hydraulic transmission and the control systems have beenused widely in the national economy construction. The quality of the electrohydraulic servo valve which is the most important part of the hydraulic servocontrolling system affects the precision, the stability and the reliability ofthe system. Electro hydraulic servo valve not only plays a part in thetransformation between electric signal and hydraulic signal, but also the signalamplification, it may carry on the position, the speed or the strength controllingand so on. Therefore, its performance affects the system characteristic a lot,it is the system core part. Along with the electro hydraulic servo technologywidely used in the metallurgy, material, electric power, machinery and so on, theelectro hydraulic servo valves have been used more and more. But in order toguarantee the normal operation of the servo system, the valve must be tested itsperformance and adjusted its parameter to examine its quality before used andafter repair. Now the electro hydraulic servo valve test bed is mainly used inthe testing of the electro hydraulic servo valve. Because of the manualcontrolling of the test bed and the analog meter examination and output, it tookalmost half a day to do a test, the efficiency is very low, moreover the personis very tired after the test.With the introduction of the sensor and the PC technology in the CAT system,it will enormously improve the efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.Simultaneously we can guarantee the accuracy of the test result through removingthe artificial disturbance. The data acquisition and control system which is apart of the CAT decides its speed and precision. According to the computer wecan save, display and print the digital data which is converted from thetemperature, pressure, flow and the displacement. The corresponding system iscalled data acquisition and the control system, using mechanical, intellectualized instrument meter, automatic control, computer application,equipment management technology and so on.This paper mainly introduced the basis of the selecting of the sensor anddata acquisition card, the working principle of each part, emphatically analyzedthe signal processing of the data acquisition card, the port designing andoperation, moreover, developed software in the VB environment. Finally we canget theresult of the test which indicated that the system designed in the papernot only strengthened the experimental function, but also increased the testprecision, the sensitivity, simultaneously enhancing the test efficiency, waseconomical, practical and reliable compared with traditional test bed, hascertain value to applications.
