Research And Development Of Digitalized Locale Process Management System

The locale process management of mechanical enterprises realizes the organization, management, control and supervision of manufacture fields to assure the five major factors (man, machine, material, means, environment), which influence the quality in the process of manufacture, in control. With the development of enterprise's information construction, the demand for practical and commercialized process manage system is more and more urgent.The overall frame of the locale process manage system, which includes the locale quality control of process, the process discipline management, civilization production management, technological service of process, equipment control management and stationary management, is presented to meet the practical need of locale process management. The B/S mode based interactive common platform of digitalized system for locale process management is developed with C# and ASP.NET, and the process discipline management and civilization production management subsystems are developed on the basis of the system platform. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. On the basis of analyzing functional configuration of the locale process management, the design concept of system platform is presented; the structure and advantage of platform are described;2. The designing object of digitalized system platform for locale process management is analyzed in the network environment, the feasibility analysis is made, the selection of developing technology scheme for system is described in detail, the logic framework and systematic framework of system and the physical framework of database are designed with the designing object and the selected technology scheme;3.
