A scientific and efficient management system is an important manifestation of an enterprise’s core competitiveness and a basic guarantee for sustainable and healthy development.Management comes from practice,the research on management theory in western countries has continuously achieved new results along with the process of the Industrial Revolution.However,Chinese enterprises are affected by many factors and have not fully experienced the baptism and tempering of the first three Industrial Revolutions.Combining with excellent methods and tools,it will take a long time to explore to form a competitive management concept and management model.In the area of ready-mixed concrete,the development of China’s industry is far behind that of developed western countries,and there is still a large gap in the accumulation of industry standardization and management experience.The CPC Central Committee and the SASAC of the State Council have successively made important arrangements for the modernization of the governance system and the Three-year action of the reform of state-owned enterprises,and put forward new directions and new requirements for how to optimize the management mechanism and improve management efficiency of state-owned enterprises.Although management theory has the characteristics of being universal,enterprises in different industries and development stages have their own characteristics in application and practice.This thesis takes the system construction of X company as a case study which the leading enterprise in China’s ready-mixed concrete industry,and analyzes the institution management system of company X based on value-chain,process management and risk management theories,etc.Comprehensively adopt the relevant research methods currently favored and recognized by researchers,such as literature analysis and comparative analysis,and select the excellent results consistent with this research through the deepening and detailed analysis of the process.In this topic,firstly,it briefly introduces the backdrop,importance and substance of the topic,and also expounds the technical route of the research,so as to intuitively and completely show the core points and framework structure of this research.Secondly,taking the highly representative X company as the case enterprise,this thesis carries out systematic research around its system management and existing problems,puts forward that the main reasons for internal management defects are unclear system classification,incomplete system content and outdated and inefficient system release mechanism,and formulates end-to-end processes based on Process Classification Framework,schemes based on process management elements and risk-based management objectives.Finally,through the optimization design of the system and the planning and implementation of the Business Process Management information platform,the improvement effect of "process + IT" on the quality of institution management is effectively verified.I look forward to using this research to put forward constructive improvement plans for the problems existing in the internal management mechanism of enterprises,and also to provide reference for the high-quality development of Chinese enterprises. |
