Air compressor is a power plant that widely used in power,mining, petrochemical, oil, refrigeration in production industrial fields. In the compressor development course, in addition to the requirements meet the basic dynamic parameters of flow, of pressure and of flow rate, and the efficiency of noise and space size, stability and other performance requirements are further improved. At present, the compressors are variety classes. The screw compressor had been by more and more attention in the field of air compressor.Working process and structure characteristics in screw compressor make it good reliability and dynamic balance. But due to the structure of the rotor and the shell gap, in the late during the compression stage, high pressure fluid through the aperture leakage has become inevitable.,When the compressed fluid just through exports, as small exports area, high fluid velocity and high velocity flushing export wall, that make a larger flow noise.In this paper, on the basis of the existing double screw compressor model, through the top-down modeling, building a twin-screw compressor fluid cavity, and meshing for this complex structure. By using dynamic network technology, making a fluid numerical simulation of the working process of the compressor, and studying the flow distribution, flow pulsation, noise analysis and so on. Based on the flow field calculation, studied the compressor noise phenomenon in the process of work, through the analysis giving the structure of the body and piping optimization designing body plan of noise reduction measures and some guiding principles.The noise control problem is one of the key technical problem of twin-screw compressor, researching on this question will helps to reduce the compressor noise, to improve the working environment, work efficiency and reliability. Researching of noise is of great practical significance, which can improve the domestic double screw compressor manufacturing technology level, narrow the gap with the developed countries.
