Post project evaluation origins to the United States of America in the 20th century 30`s, and develops quickly between the finance organizes and many countries. With post project evaluation in china has become an important tool of improving investment performance and enhancing decision-making, people will pay more attention to the importance of process post-evaluation. However, a consummate theoretical system and methodology has not been built in process post-evaluation, and a concrete method lacks also, which can satisfy the need of process post-evaluation according to the industrial characteristic.Firstly, by reviewing the producing and development of post project evaluation and project process post-evaluation both home and abroad, the dissertation analyzes some problems in process post-evaluation.Secondly, rules to set indicators-system and the indicators-system are built according to the characteristic of highway project process post-evaluation. And the basic methods of highway project process post-evaluation: survey collect information method, Logical Framework Approach, comparison analysis method, SWOT analytic method and AHP analytic method are given.Finally, a case is evaluated in the dissertation. According to the combinations of process post-evaluation's indicators-system with basic methods, dates of evaluating indicators are gained through survey collect information method and the dissertation using Logical Framework Approach, comparison analysis method, SWOT analytic method and AHP analytic method to compute the comparison and changes of the indicators. Subsequently, finish the highway project process post-evaluation with qualitative method.
