At present, our country is in the high-speed development of urbanization. The predicted total area of new buildings in town is between ten billion and fifteen billion, and one billion of the area is the large-scale public building. Great attention should be paid to these buildings. The area of large-scale public buildings is only 5% of the sum area of civil building in town, but the energy consumption of per area is 10 times of residential construction (Heating isn't included). The energy consumption of large-scale public buildings is more than total consumption of residential construction in large city or megalopolis, which brings great pressure to our country's energy supply. The research is developing quickly to improving operational energy efficiency of equipment in large-scale public buildings.Developing remote monitoring energy consumption system CNC of HeiLongjiang province is the background of this dissertation. The dissertation researches energy efficiency monitored, diagnosis and optimized performance in large-scale public buildings step by step. With the process of developing monitoring energy consumption system of communication buildings, data acquisition, transmission, storage, statistic and communication have been achieved. Moreover, the database system and application software have been developed. We detected on-site that there were a lot of questions in the HVAC operation process of large-scale public building. The probability of diagnosis is high and energy consumption of building is very large. By collecting information, consulting literature and testing on-site, a lot of base information had been got together, we have identified that energy saving of large-scale public building is very urgency.In view of present domestic large-scale public building characteristic and research present situation, the dissertation first proposed the general energy efficiency index of building (energy efficiency index of building design and energy efficiency index of building operation), which is the base of data monitored, fault diagnosis and optimized performance and the monitor content is fixed. According to index development tendency (from energy consumption index to energy efficiency index), this dissertation analyzes energy efficiency index of building operation. On basis of completed remote energy monitored of communication building, increasing hardware equipment and software promotion could expand the monitor scope and the use function. On the communication network transmission foundation adding GPRS wireless communication model, causes the remote monitor system of large-scale public building to have the stronger adaptiveness.How in virtue of the automatic monitor system take simultaneity auxiliary by careful on-site test, appling advanced optimization control technology on HVAC domain to achieve the goal of energy conservation, which is the core of this dissertation works. This dissertation introduces that establish remote monitor system overall design performance on basis of the Oracle database system, including database system, application software, data acquisition meter development, communication network establishment. The summary has included the questions, which are on HVAC operation of commissioned large-scale public building as well as used commonly fault detection and diagnosis method. Taking the system performance data as the basis, has in detail discussed the large-scale public building air-conditioning system each equipment applying advanced energy conservation optimization technology formulation movement optimization control plan through the actual project case, reduces the energy consumption, enhances the efficiency the feasibility and the usability.
