The Study On System Of Reliability Test Of Miniature Circuit Breaker

Miniature circuit breakers, one kind of protective electrical apparatus, are mainly used in household and industrial installations and distribution system for overload and short circuit protection. Their reliability level directly influences the power supply in house and industrial installations, the safety of facilities in distribution system, so the application of miniature circuit breakers is relative with our lives. The reliability of them, especially instantaneous protection character does not meet to the need of production and life, they will bring troubles to users and even result in extremely serious loss if their reliability degree is low. Because it is short in the research for reliability test apparatus of miniature circuit breakers, so it is significant to study the instantaneous protecting reliability of miniature circuit breakers.For miniature circuit breakers, this paper introduces its research and design of the system of reliability test. Firstly, it introduces the reliability theory and test method, data and process method of miniature circuit breakers. Secondly, it introduces the hardware design fraction, including integrated design of the system device and every unit, and focus on the thought of hardware design and consideration of selecting materials. Thirdly, it is the introduce of system software, which expatiates the selection of development language, the design clew of main programs and subprograms, and relation ~fthem. The content of the connection of design clew and hardwired is stressed. At last, the paper points out the influencing factor of the test, the method how to reduce the error of test data and calculates the error of this test device.On the base of the reliability test device of miniature circuit breakers which has been performed by electric apparatus institute in Hebei University of Technology, the paper completes the hardware and application software, realizes that computer automatically operates the set of device. So the overall system has the highly level of automated operation.
