Study On Reliability Test Device Of Overload Protect Of Modal Case Circuit Breaker

Model case circuit breaker is one kind of protective electrical apparatus. If its reliability, especially overload protection character does not meet the need of production and life, it may bring trouble to users and even result in great economic loss. The study of its reliability is one important field at home and abroad. Because the work characteristic and failure mode are different from controlling electrical apparatus and other protecting electric apparatus, its reliability criterion and test method are different from other product. Therefore, it is very important to study the reliability test of model case circuit breaker.Based on the known study result and according to the characteristic and failure modes of the model case circuit breaker, this paper adopts the success rate as the characteristic parameter of the overload protecting reliability and adopts the time-intercepting test scheme as the scheme of the overload protecting reliability test to test the success rate. According to the function and precision requirement of the test, the paper designs the hardware and the software of reliability test apparatus.This paper has completed the hardware with double power source and parallel balance resistance circuit, resolved the problem of software controlling current, real time controlling the test and realized computer operated the test device automatically.
