The Study On Creating Nightscape In Gardens

Garden nightscape creating is developed based on the development of city and construction night scene. Along with the development of economy and the change of people's living way, the growing outdoor activities in night time make the garden nightscape become the urgent problem to be solved at present, also people's requirements about nightscape change from the functional lighting to the artistic nightscape design. So the nightscape should have cultural intension and artistic infectivity to meet with people's requirements both in functional side and esthetic side.Therefore, in order to research and make well in garden nightscape, we must research and analyze the theory, principle and methods of city and construction nightscape creating. Accordingly, based on lots of reference and practical investigation, first this article analyzes the current situation of our garden nightscape and point out main problems such as the lack of cultural and artistic sides and serious light pollution, then dips out the cultural component contained in garden nightscape, and the motion and position viewing of classical garden, proposed garden nightscape creating should have the cultural connotation, hopefully, it can be a certain revelation of present garden nightscape creating. Second, this article analyzes and summarizes the principle garden nightscape creating and the creating way of nightscape in each key point in garden, proposed should consider the energy conservation question in the earlier period of the project plan. At the end, it chooses three different type gardens to analyze them from cultural view, creating principle and nightscape creating, and makes the summary and abstraction in a certain degree to verify the above mentioned theories.The innovative point of this article is that making a certain research on our classical garden culture and light culture, and combining with our motion and position way of scene arranging of our classical garden to use it in the creating of garden nightscape and organize the key points of nightscape, to create the nightscape which is fitting Chinese feature and Chinese mind. Another innovative point is the research of plant nightscape, it not only expatiates the normal way of plant nightscape, and also it points out views such as making plant nightscape based on ecological balance and the light, bright and fragrant plants will be more attractive in scotopic vision.
