| ChangxingDao Harbor Industrial Zone is a new development zone of Dalian,is Dalian’s urban development strategy. Which will be built into a reasonableindustrial layout, economy, strong radiation, services fully functional, beautifulnatural environment, suitable for business development and modern seasidemetro for living,in the future. To achieve the strategy above, we should establisha comprehensive urban transportation system, corresponding to the lay thefoundation for ChangxingDao regional economic, social and urban development.In this paper, it have studied the integrated transport planning issues ofChangxingDao Harbor Industrial Zone, based on the full-consideration to thesocio-economic and traffic demand characteristics.In this paper, the works have been finished as the follows with the basictheory of transport planning: First, analyzed the urban social and economicdevelopment, and evaluated the status of the city traffic operational quality.Second, predicted the passenger and freight transportation services demand.Third, accessed the city’s expectations of passenger and freight trip distributionlines, and analyzed the OD distribution for an accurate basis for the urban roadnetwork planning.Based on the urban travel demand forecasting results of urban outboundtraffic, study an outbound traffic system planning adapt to ChangxingDao citytransport links with outside, with the actual geographical ChangxingDao,highways, railways, ports and other modes of transport convergence,According to the inner city traffic demand forecast and urban land-useplanning, the ChangxingDao road network development program has beenplanned; and the same to the backbone of urban public transportation networkadapt to that the demand of urban bus-travel passengers. Make an evaluation theurban transport planning and urban road transportation backbone of the cityplanning program with the forecast of travel demand, to assess it to meet theneeds and efficient road network in the running. |
