| Based on the survey of the construction process of students'dormitory in Sichuan Normal University, the thesis focuses on the effect that the BOT construction model has on risk management in university capital construction through evaluating, lowering, transferring, and avoiding risks. Besides, the method, strategy, and basic thinking of risk analysis of BOT construction model in college students'dormitory construction are put forward. The thesis is to analyze the necessity, feasibility, and problems in BOT construction model in college logistics socialized reform and give suggestions accordingly, providing a new aspect the reform. |
