A Preliminary Research Of Open Air Space Design In Favor Of Exciting Interaction For Housing Community

As the social development and increased productivity, people living standard has improved remarkably. The people's living quality requirements are increasingly high. They no longer meet the improve in living space size, the house style, housing sound, light, heat, air and other physical environment inside and outside of the house. They seek higher living environment -- the real poetry of residence: the sense of belonging and responsibility to the family. The home is not only their living house, but also the spiritual space.However, due to lack of interaction between residents of various factors, their dream is unrealistic. It lead to the unluckily phenomena such as the indifference relation and the hoist of the evil rate etc. So the author, as an architect, tries to contribute something useful to the living environment design which an architect can do. The paper put forward a model of residence which is of benefit to communication among the residents, and some design strategies to amend the actuality of space which make against the good communication through analyzing the people's behavior psychology and the activity in the residence communities. All these research conclusions above are under the current society background, our country's living conditions and the life style of the people.The paper comprise of 5 parts. The first part described that how the subject was introduced, and relevant research situation, the purpose of the research, the content and framework, and focused on several important concepts. Part 2 include the analysis of the necessity of the settlements exchanges. Then of vertical space exchanges introduced settlements development process, the status of the horizontal and vertical exchanges comparative study.
