At present the most successful mechanical accurate dimension measure instrument mostly used in the department is the microcator. For couples of years' improvement, it has very steady performance, and a low price. But there is a problem that the data could be read only by labour, no means of digitalization, which can't fulfill the require of small and medium-sized enterprises enterprise informatization.The goal that this text studies is to develop a new kind of resistance strain displacement sensor, the most great characteristic of the sensor is that it utilizes the maturity achievement of electron balance directly and transplants the measurement treatment technology of weighing display to instrument for two times of accurate displacement measurement directly, so as to satisfy enterprise's products quality inspection digitization, informationization, reduce the cost of instrument and accelerate the purpose to commercialize at the same time.The thesis has introduced the operation principle of the new type strain micrometer, and to the key technology question in the sensor design, such as examining the calculation relation between displacement of head and strain gauge, analysising of strength to calculate, reducing transducer frictional force, temperature compensation technology of micrometer , etc. , all the issue have been detailed analysised and discussed.Designed the mechanical mechanism of the sensor in thesis. At structure, this text succeed in which the mature structure of sprain a reed of comparators was applyed to the design of examine head, and has adopted the steel wire actuator, reducing the frictional force within the transducer effectively.The thesis has analysised and discussed the feasibility of measure electrocircuit of weighing display which will be applied to this item .The result of research indicates this thinking is totally feasible.The thesis finishs checking and testing of new-type micrometer, and puts forward one new principle which can demarcate high-accuracy sensor what makes use of low-accuracy measuring apparatus, and have designed a demarcating experimental rig with higher automatic intensity.The software that has finished being used for testing and controlling in thesis,and it has been introduced for its operation principle at the same time . The testing result of the thesis indicates that the reseach of the new-type strain micrometer has obtained preliminary success.
